While we don't currently treat addiction or Schizophrenia in this practice, your provider does offer experience with those disorders from his work within inpatient care. Succeed's approach to treatment is collaborative, working closely with clients to achieve their goals and desired outcomes.

Appointment Cancellations:

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a no-show fee. While we understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, we would appreciate any notice you can provide. Please be aware this fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.

General Appointment and Insurance Information:

Our goal is to provide you with high-quality care during your appointment. Therefore, we will verify your insurance eligibility and benefits beforehand and discuss any copayments, deductibles, or coinsurance you may be responsible for paying. Please make sure payment or payment arrangements are made prior to your appointment. If not, your appointment may be rescheduled, or you may have the option of paying in cash at the time of the appointment.

A 15-minute med check appointment is a brief meeting with a psychiatric provider to monitor medication effectiveness and adjust dosages as needed.

Our 30-minute follow-up appointments offer an opportunity to check in on progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
